Terms and Warranty

All goods purchased from Dance Bags Australia comes with a warranty from the manufracturer.
Your warranty period begins from time of payment for the goods.
Please read the warranty information supplied with your purchase.
Period of warranty differs with manufacturers.

Please be aware that warranty does not cover damage to goods by carriers i.e airlines.
Please check your bags for damage when retrieving from carriers, and immediately
report to the carrier if damage has occurred.

Normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
If you have a problem with goods purchased during the warranty period.
Please contact the manufacturer.

The goods can be returned to Dance Bags Australia, at the purchaser’s cost, with purchase receipt.
If a warranty issue is found, the item will be repaired where possible.
If the item is found to be unrepairable under warranty, we will assist in resolving the issue at the earliest.

Postage – We use Australia Post where possible.
All orders are delivered with a “Authority to Leave” at the address supplied.
Returns – All our products come directly from the supplier.
If the item you receive is faulty or damaged, please contact us for return details.
All return items must be in original condition, with all tags and packaging.
Notification of faulty or damaged goods must be made within 21 days from purchase.
For change of mind, we will refund the original purchase price, less postage.
Goods will require to be returned to us with original tags, packaging and in resalable condition.
The items return cost is at the customers expense.
Refunds can only be made to the original bank, PayPal account or credit card used for the purchase.
